Essencia 30 Litre Fermenting Pail (Complete with all fittings)

The Essencia Fermenter set comes complete with adhesive thermometer, lid, tap, grommet and airlock.  The unique tap can pivot 90 degrees for convenience. 

The air-tight lid fits tightly at first.  When sealing the lid for the first time, you may need to run it under warm water.  Place the fermenter on a firm floor and push down opposite sides of the lid.  Rotate a quarter-turn and push down opposite sides again.  Work around the lid to seal.  The lid will loosen slightly over time and become easier to fit.

To fit a white or blue bottle filler to the tap you will need to use an adaptor (eg an inch of 9.5mm hose).
