Free Local Ashburton Delivery We are proud to support our local brewing community. We offer 100% Free Delivery for all orders delivered within the standard Ashburton township boundary.
No minimum spend: Whether it's a full distillery kit or a single essence sachet, if you're local, delivery is on us.
Fast dispatch: Local deliveries are typically processed and dropped to your door within 24 to 48 hours.
Standard New Zealand Shipping For our customers outside the Ashburton township (including rural Canterbury and the rest of New Zealand):
Flat-Rate Shipping: We charge a simple, flat shipping fee at checkout on all orders nationwide, making it easy to know exactly what you're paying upfront.
Reliable Couriers: We use trusted, trackable domestic courier networks to ensure your hardware and consumables arrive safely.
Dispatch Timing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Damaged or Missing Items We inspect all gear before it goes out. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is missing components, please contact us at haplomage@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can get it sorted for you immediately.
